By logging into the Spence-Chapin SAM database, I am agreeing to all terms and conditions stated within the Spence-Chapin Confidentiality Agreement.
I understand that with my enabled SAM account I have access to Confidential Information. I hereby understand that I will not share the password for log-in with anyone at any time, who does not have a personal enabled SAM account at Spence-Chapin.
I also understand that SAM tracks, at all times, all page views, edits, deletes, and updates of any kind of all users. Therefore, I acknowledge to adhere to the integrity of my movements within the database at all times to only be viewing and editing cases pertaining to my current job duties. Any misconduct may be reviewed by the agency for further action.
